Executors are the individuals whom you appoint in your Will to carry out your wishes. You may choose one or more adults to act and we would suggest that you ask them to confirm that they are happy to do so. You may appoint family members (including those who benefit under your Will), friends or professionals such as the Partners in this firm.
We would recommend that you appoint at least two Executors, but you may choose up to a maximum of four individuals. It is advisable to appoint a substitute in case one of the first choices of Executor is unable to take up the appointment.
