What will it cost?

We offer competitive fees and fixed fee services. Call us today to have a brief discussion, or to book an initial face-to-face meeting with our experienced employment lawyers. Our fee for an initial meeting is £250 plus VAT, which includes our time in reviewing your documents ahead of the meeting, and a follow up email or letter confirming our advice.

Having had that initial meeting, we will be best placed to estimate the likely fees to progress your matter. Kindly note that the fixed fee does not apply to consultations for settlement agreements for employees, as in these cases the employer will agree a separate fixed fee with us.

It is worth checking whether such a claim might be covered by an insurance policy and finding out whether the insurance company will require you to use a panel solicitor to make use of the cover.
