The D.V. Davis Trust was constituted on the 1st of September 1961. Its purpose is to make funds available in the form of loans to Roman Catholic places of worship in England and Wales.
The Trust helps with the repair and refurbishment of RC Churches (and Presbytries) to fit them for observance of the rites of the Roman Catholic faith. Loans given in the past have ranged from £10,000 to £40,000. The term of repayment of the loans will be mutually agreed and can be up to ten years, with the first three years being interest free.
