Biography
Eileen is a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer within the Property Team who specializes in Residential Property matters. She deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchase interests to include matters falling within the parameters of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Higher Risk Buildings, re-mortgages and lease extensions. Eileen also has experience with new build purchases using the Government Help to Buy Scheme, HTB ISAs, LISAs, FHTBs and Sharia Mortgages.

- Acting on sales and purchases of shared ownership properties to include staircasing.
- Advising and acting for both tenants and landlords on claims of statutory surrender and re-grants of leasehold properties as well as advising on voluntary lease extensions.
- Acting in matters of the sale and purchase of auction properties.

- Acting for Trustees of Charities in their sale and purchases of residential properties.
- Acting for commercial entities in the sale of residential properties.

In her spare time, Eileen has taken online courses to learn Spanish and British Sign Language, she is also Trustee of a Charity for local disenfranchised youths. Eileen enjoys swimming, artistic activities and learning new things.
