Our fee scale for Wills, LPAs and Deputyships (excluding VAT)

Wills

Simple Will for individual£450
Simple Mirror Wills for couple£700
Will for individual with an element of tax planning£800
Mirror Wills with an element of tax planning£1200
Exceptional Cases – complex tax planning and other complications that involve several meetings will be charged at our hourly rates or a higher fixed fee.

Amendments to current clients’ existing wills, that are less than 5 years old, will be charged at a fixed fee of £300

Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

There are two types of LPA – Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare (all fees exclude the registration fee due to the Office of the Public Guardian – currently £82 per document).

Deputyships

These are charged at our standard hourly rates which may be subject to taxation by the courts.

A straightforward registration of a deputyship (with no complications) is estimated at £2,000 – £2,500.
