Biography
Emma joined the Property team at PWW as a paralegal in 2020, before beginning her training contract with the firm and qualifying as a solicitor in July 2022.
She is now a solicitor in the Churches and Charities team advising trustees on charity governance and incorporating as charitable companies. Emma also assists with Charity Property and various Commercial matters.
Recent Experience
- Advising a charity client on a large multi-million-pound merger involving the transfer of multiple freehold and leasehold properties, a large number of employees, varying and negating contracts, and transferring pensions.
- Advising trustees on their governing documents and their statutory powers.
- Advising trustees on incorporating as a CIO.
- Creating a grant giving organisation for a family run charity.
