Biography

David is a solicitor specialising in charity and commercial property law, having acted for a number of dioceses of the Church of England for a decade prior to qualification.

David acts for private sector and charitable clients in commercial freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases and in commercial landlord and tenant matters, where he has particular experience acting and advising on leases and licences in a variety of settings. These include day nurseries and day centres, retail and shopping units, offices including financial and professional, pubs and drinking establishments, cafés and restaurants, research and development, and industrial and storage units.

He has also advised clients on infrastructure projects affecting them including the Thames Tideway Tunnel and the London Power Tunnel.

In addition, he has many years of experience acting for clients in sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential property for both charitable institutions and individuals.
