We can advise about the relevant law relating to a problem at work and assist with grievances, disciplinary proceedings and other process and settlement agreements.

Employees are entitled to bring proceedings in the Employment Tribunal or the courts to seek redress if they consider they have been wronged. We represent these clients from the start of the proceedings until Judgment often conducting the advocacy at Tribunal ourselves.
