Nadeem is a partner in the Charities Team. He advises a broad range of charities and private clients on commercial, constitutional and governance matters including taxation, with a focus on charity clients. He has experience of advising charitable investment funds and pension schemes.
Advising on the restructuring of various charitable and private organisations, including the transfer of a SEN school, the merger of three Religious Convents in the UK, the corporate buyout and reorganisation of an investment management firm. Advising on FCA compliance, particularly the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. Advising and redrafting the pension schemes for a National charity. Advising and acting as Trustee for the Sylvia Waddilove Foundation UK. Establishing Charitable Incorporated Organisations working internationally.

On a personal note Nadeem obtained a First reading Modern History and Politics at the University of Manchester. He completed the Legal Practice Course in 2008 and trained with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, having gained a wealth of experience in corporate and trust administration. He acts as a trustee for UK and Swiss grant- making charities, as well as for two London theatre companies. He is a pro bono adviser at the free Waterloo Legal Advice Service.
